David Kessler

David Kessler was a young college student hiking through Europe with his good friend, Jack Goodman. The trip was going fine for them until the weather started to turn bad while they were walking through the Welsh Moors. After a scene in a local pub, David and Jack continued on their way, when they were suddenly attacked. Jack was knocked down and David ran. He went back for Jack, but was attacked himself. David was in serious trouble until a group of locals came and saved him.

Three weeks later, David woke up in a hospital in London. He was healing fine, thanks to the close care of his nurse, Alex. They hit it off right away and the two became close during his time there. While he was recovering, he received a surprise visit from Jack who helped fill in some details about the attack.

David started to become worried because he was having some very strange and vivid dreams. He also started to suspect that he was turning into a werewolf, but couldn't convince himself that it was true. Alex thought he was still upset from the attack when he tried to tell her about his suspicions. However, she did worry about him and invited him to stay at her apartment once he was released from the Hospital.

The first night out of the hospital, Jack came and visited David again. He tried to convince David that he was right about being a werewolf. Even though David's dreams continued to plague him, he still couldn't believe that he was really a werewolf. The next night was the first full moon since the attack, and he painfully discovered that he had been right all along: he really was a werewolf.

David again tried to convince Alex, and even tried to make the police arrest him, but wasn't able to do either. Jack found him one last time and with some new friends, tried to help him find a way to cure himself. Although David wasn't able to cure himself in time, he did finally convince the police he needed help, and they were able to find him a cure.
