Frederick Loren is a millionaire who wanted to throw a party for his wife, Annabelle. It was a special party for her birthday in a house reported to be haunted. He invited 5 guests, all unknown to Annabelle, to make it more scary. He offered them each $10,000 if they "survived the night."
He and his wife were known for playing tricks on each other and this party was no different. His wife had other plans for him though. He suspected she wanted to leave him and take his money, but he tried desperately to throw her a birthday party she would remember. In the end, though, she left him.
"It's almost time to lock up the house and then your party will really begin. I wonder how it will end..."
